Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff
• Ensure compliance with SOX and U.S. GAAP
• Collaborate with finance directors to analyze financials and explain variances
• Drive scalable process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA preferred, public accounting and manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
