Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Pay Range: $19-22/hr

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a temporary Receptionist for our client located in Downers Grove, IL. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for employees and guests, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of their office. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable individual with a strong service orientation, a willingness to take on diverse tasks, and be onsite 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:
Catering & Meeting Support:
- Assist with the organization and setup of catered food for weekly lunches, trainings, and other meetings
- Coordinate with catering vendors for orders, delivery, and setup/cleanup (must be willing to lift 5-10lbs)
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and stocked as needed for various events
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception and kitchen areas
- Ensure coffee is made daily and refilled throughout the day
- Daily stocking and inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, shredding, and photocopying
- Actively seek out and take on new tasks and projects to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative, receptionist or office manager experience
