Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office)
Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000 + 5% Bonus

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed company in the industrial services space. Due to their continued growth, they are expanding their finance team and seeking a Financial Analyst eager to launch their career in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent grad or early-career finance professional to step into a dynamic, high-visibility role. You’ll work directly with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support key operational and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
•    Analyze KPIs such as ticket volume, productivity, pricing, and gross margin
•    Collaborate with finance and operations to support real-time decision-making
•    Contribute to improving financial reporting, processes, and automation
•    Prepare presentations and conduct ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
•    0–1 year of experience; internships involving Excel preferred
•    Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)
•    Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
•    Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
