Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role focuses on driving the vision, development, and execution of Business Process Automation initiatives across North America. Combining strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership, the individual will guide the growth of a Center of Excellence (CoE) dedicated to iBPMS and RPA technologies. Collaborating closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, this leader will oversee a team responsible for transforming back-office processes through automation. The role also requires building strong partnerships with organizational leaders, fostering innovation, and delivering impactful automation solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and maintain the pipeline of Business Process Automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize process automation initiatives.
- Lead design-thinking workshops to uncover and develop automation opportunities.
- Promote CoE capabilities, showcasing value to business stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends by researching and evaluating emerging automation tools and technologies.
- Design high-level automation frameworks to guide development teams in implementing solutions.
- Apply expertise in technical architectures, data integration, and change management to support automation projects.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma techniques to optimize processes and drive quality improvements.
- Define and maintain design standards for automation solutions within the CoE.
- Manage internal and external resources, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Ensure automation solutions meet performance standards and business needs.
- Track and report progress using KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to strategic planning by recommending technologies and approaches that support CoE objectives.
- Communicate automation strategies effectively to stakeholders and business leaders.
- Build and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative automation solutions.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of automation platforms, including Appian, ServiceNow, and UiPath.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Business Process Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
