Billing Specialist Responsibilities: • Create invoices for all business units • Print, mail, and file customer invoices • Resolve issues pertaining to bills and/or charges • Work in collaboration with the operations and sales team to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer • Perform customer credit checks • Perform administrative duties as needed • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Billing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in billing • Associate’s Degree in accounting or a related field preferred • Ability to multi-task effectively • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products If you or anyone you know is qualified and interested in this role please apply immediately!
