Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Range: $29-34/hour
Role Overview:
Seeking a Marketing Specialist to oversee and enhance a portfolio of company websites while supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This position is responsible for maintaining website performance, improving the online customer experience, optimizing search visibility, and ensuring content remains accurate and engaging. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in website management, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools, with the ability to collaborate across departments to support lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain multiple company websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Perform routine website maintenance, including testing pages, forms, links, integrations, and overall functionality
- Maintain and update CMS platforms, themes, plugins, and other website components
- Partner with internal teams to implement new website features and ongoing enhancements
- Support the development and expansion of e-commerce capabilities, including building and optimizing online storefronts
- Improve website navigation, user experience, and overall site performance
- Create, edit, and publish digital content such as landing pages, product information, blogs, news articles, and event listings
- Apply SEO best practices to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support digital campaigns, lead generation efforts, and website analytics
Qualifications:
- Experience managing and maintaining business websites using content management systems
- Hands-on experience building or supporting Shopify or other e-commerce websites
- Working knowledge of CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, website optimization, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience creating and publishing website content while maintaining consistent branding and messaging
