Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid-3 Days on Site, 2 Days Remote)
Pay Range: $125K-$140K (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

Role Overview:
Brilliant Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Sr. Manager of People & Culture with our client based in Denver, CO. Our client is a well-established organization who specializes in providing quality home building and renovation services. They are looking for a Sr. Manager of People & Culture to join their team. The Sr. Manager of People & Culture with would be responsible for supporting approximately 1,100 employees across multiple states and will oversee a team of 3 individuals. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to interview and start shortly after.
Sr. Manager of People & Culture Responsibilities:
- Provide support to approximately 1,100 employees across multiple states
- Oversee a team of 3 individuals and play a key role in providing development and coaching to those individuals
- Provide the oversight and day to day management of the HR/Recruiting/Onboarding team
- Serve as a payroll liaison between the organization and outside payroll service
- Provide general support in answering questions related to benefits
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and overall talent strategy.
- Ensure full compliance with company hiring policies, legal/regulatory requirements, and internal systems (ATS/HRIS).
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and effectiveness.
Sr. Manager of People & Culture Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience within organizations of a similar size and scope, preferably with experience supporting multi-state operations
- Proven HR generalist experience with a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Demonstrated leadership of direct reports, with strong people management skills
- Excellent executive presence and the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders
- Proficiency in presenting, coaching, and advising senior leaders
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic knowledge of multi-state payroll and HR technology systems (Workday experience preferred)
