Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Position Overview
The Associate Product Manager will guide the development and evolution of a new content management system (CMS) platform while planning for the decommissioning of the legacy CMS. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, write detailed user stories, and manage priorities. The successful candidate will also focus on documenting processes, creating data content models, and developing a roadmap for the platform migration.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current platform capabilities and processes to inform migration strategies for the new CMS.
- Craft user epics and stories to simplify complex technical concepts into actionable development steps for iterative progress.
- Identify and resolve platform issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and communicate stakeholder requirements clearly.
- Foster collaboration and engage diverse perspectives to address challenges and deliver solutions.
- Build trust and manage expectations with product stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing tasks and goals aligned with project objectives.
- Use data-driven insights to make sound feature and functionality decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with design and engineering teams to align efforts with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including functional and technical knowledge.
- Understanding of AEM architecture and its integration with other systems.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams, business users, and other product groups.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience leading and working within cross-functional agile teams.
- Expertise in writing user stories and documenting features.
