Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 Base + Bonus+ Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) 
Our client is a nationally operating renewable energy company. In collaboration, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Corporate Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Responsibilities
•    Perform independently in the core accounting group to ensure an accurate, timely, and predictable close process.
•    Critically analyze complex and judgmental accounting matters.
•    Collaborate with third-party resources to complete close processes in-house.
•    Partner with senior management to implement and execute internal controls over financial reporting.
•    Execute controls, including account reconciliations, and support inquiries from third-party auditors.
•    Proactively communicate risks, opportunities, challenges, and regular updates to accounting management.
•    Participate in company-wide projects and process improvement initiatives, assessing their impact on the accounting organization.
•    Leverage best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting function.
•    Support strategic financial and operational initiatives.
Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
•    CPA preferred
•    3+ years of related accounting experience
•    Solid understanding of US GAAP.
•    Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
