Brilliant Financial Staffing is assisting our client in the Wheeling area in their search for a Staff Accountant on a direct hire basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intercompany reconciliations
- Calculate commissions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Handle cost accounting, including transfer pricing, cost distribution sheets, cost transparency, and budget comparisons
- Manage inventory control systems, including valuation
- Provide support for internal control systems (Accounting, HR, and IT)
- Assist with journal entries
Must haves:
- 3+ years of Staff Accountant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong communication skills and a presentable demeanor
Nice to haves (Preferred but not required):
- Experience with SAP Cloud
- Commissions experience
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s)
- Experience in cost/inventory accounting
