Job Title: Call Center Representative - Night Shift
Location: Tampa, FL & Overland Park, KS
Pay Range: $23-26/hour
Role Overview:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to support inbound customer communications and ensure requests are handled efficiently and accurately. This role is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, collecting and documenting essential information, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records across multiple processes and service lines.
The ideal candidate remains composed in fast-paced environments, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Accurately gather, document, and process service requests
- Route requests and information to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Follow established procedures, workflows, and service guidelines
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases
- Coordinate communication between customers, field personnel, and internal teams
- Monitor active service requests and provide status updates as needed
- Escalate urgent concerns or unresolved issues to management when appropriate
- Support departmental objectives related to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and service quality
- Maintain a professional, calm, and empathetic approach when assisting customers
- Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer facing role, strong communication skills
- Previous call center experience
