Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Hourly Range: $55-$65/hr

We are looking for 4 M&A Project Managers to oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial evaluation to post-merger integration.
Key duties include managing due diligence, developing and executing integration plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and handling project timelines, budgets, and risks. The role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a successful merger or acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Deal management: Oversee the evaluation of potential M&A targets and manage the process through all phases, from pre-deal due diligence to post-merger integration.
- Integration planning: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans, ensuring a smooth transition for operations, systems, and people.
- Project coordination: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, IT, HR) are aligned and working together effectively.
- Risk management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the M&A process.
- Stakeholder communication: Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare project plans, documentation, dashboards, and leadership reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Must have experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions in the Banking industry
- Specific experience in managing M&A integrations is highly valuable.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with M&A phases, including due diligence and integration planning.
- An advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field, and/or a PMP certification, can be required.
