Job Description – Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Solution Architect with strong skills in solution discovery, design, and implementation.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal team members and a diverse range of clients to understand requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver high-quality implementations. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical design and analysis based on business needs, contributing to application architecture, and performing hands-on infrastructure design, implementation, and operations work. You will also help enhance reusable intellectual property, best practices, and delivery standards. As a key team member, you will play a role in talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and expanding service offerings with both existing and new clients.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in C# (C#9 or later) and the .NET 6.0 framework

Experience with T-SQL/SQL Server or similar relational databases

Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with Entity Framework Core using a database-first approach

Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and building RESTful APIs

Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., S3, EC2) or Azure
-
Knowledge of notification systems such as SendGrid, Tellio, etc.

Experience with single sign-on (SSO) integration/federation

Familiarity with air-gapped or high-security environments

Understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies
Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Solution Architect leading development teams

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field

Proven ability to manage project scope and client expectations while identifying additional delivery opportunities

Strong understanding of unit testing and familiarity with testing frameworks

Ability to meet client requirements while contributing to reusable IP

Strong interest in mentoring and coaching both onshore and offshore team members
