Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review S-corporation, partnership, and individual income tax returns
- Gather and maintain tax records, supporting schedules, and related reports
- Review quarterly estimates, extensions, and tax depreciation calculations
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to leadership
- Assist in organizing shareholder records and review of individual filings
- Mentor and support junior team members in tax preparation and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MST strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience in corporate or public tax accounting
- Strong background with S-corporations, partnerships, and individual returns
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; GoSystems experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a calm, professional environment
