NetSuite Configuration Administrator (Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid)
Location: Deerfield Beach – Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Configuration Administrator to support the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite platform. This individual contributor role will play a key part in aligning the system with evolving business needs, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily administration and configuration of the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and implement solutions that enhance financial and operational processes.

Configure and maintain NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and related financial functions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Support upgrades, new releases, and ongoing system enhancements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.

Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Experience working in a diversified or multi-entity organization preferred.
