Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in the food broker industry. Our client, located in Arlington Heights, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a Temporary basis. The Accounts Payable Clerk would be responsible for researching and resolving escalated issues and assisting in processing a high-volume invoices in a 2 way match environment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a large well-known organization. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be reporting directly to the AP Manager. This position will start of training in office before working remote until the end of the stay at home order.
· Process 100-150 AP invoices daily in a 2-way match environment
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
· Communicate with vendors on a daily basis in order to resolve issues
· File AP invoices manually
· Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
· 2+ years’ of recent experience in AP
· Experience in Microsoft Excel
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to pick up on new software’s quickly
