Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a skilled Data Entry Specialist with our client located in Libertyville, IL. Our client is an industry leading manufacturing company, and they recently had an individual inform them that they will be relocating. They are currently looking for an accurate Data Entry Specialist in order to specifically assist them in their accounting department. The Data Entry Specialist will ideally be able to accurately enter invoices into their system, and enter payments received from customers into their system. The ideal Data Entry Specialist would be available to interview and then start shortly after. This individual would be hired on a temporary basis for a duration of 3 months and then be converted permanently.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter AP invoices into the accounting system
- Key in payment received from customers into appropriate accounts
- Enter vendor and customer contact information in the system
- Scan and file documents accordingly
- Enter appropriate billing and shipping information accordingly
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
- Experience utilizing 10-key
- Strong attention to detail
- Office setting experience strongly preferred
- Basic Excel experience
