Brilliant Financial Staffing is engaged in a search for our client in a growing company located in Arlington Heights, IL that is looking for a Data Entry Specialist on a temporary basis. The main responsibility of the Data Entry Specialist will be to enter new information and update existing account information on a daily basis. Additionally this Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering invoices into the company's software system, and scanning/filing documents. This opportunity is an immediate need, so the ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Processes account documents by reviewing data for errors and resolving discrepancies
- Enter account data into system using alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard
- Enter invoices into systems
- Scan/File documents
- Verifies entered data to avoid error and eliminate duplication
- Contributes to team effort to meet company goals
Data Entry Specialist Job Requirements
- Close attention to detail to reduce error
- 10-key stroke of 8,000 keystrokes/hour preferred
- 2+ years of applicable experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
